RESPONSIBILITIES
- The warehouse and logistics team member is responsible for customer service operations in the warehouse
- Maintains inventory levels by restocking/filling shelves, bases, dump bins and end with product from inventory in a timely manner.
- Maintains inventory levels by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or out-dated products, returning them to inventory in designated area.
- Maintains optimum display of products in the impulse area through maintenance and upkeep; tidying and cleaning store bases and base fixtures on a regular basis.
- Move displays and/or product to establish best location for featured items; bases change at a minimum of two week intervals; and maintain accurate and consistent labeling throughout the base areas in the store.
- Ensure merchandising of product and/or displays is organized and consistent and bases and dump bins flow with one another. Maintain seasonally relevant feature areas.
- Execute/maintain/monitor all company-driven marketing initiatives; price changes, specials, promotions, deals, special events, etc.
- Responsible for the execution of all weekly sale signs, POP and pricing accuracy and ensure completion by deadlines in the feature area.
- Work with cross-functional teams/departments; respond to requests providing timely follow-up, troubleshoot and resolve departmental concerns and issues.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous retail sales and merchandising experience considered an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic, outgoing, positive and upbeat personality
- Creative and artistic; think outside the box
- Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making skills
- Ability to handle multiple demands; calmness under pressure
- Extremely organized and detail oriented; manage time efficiently and effectively
- Adaptable individual essential for a changing environment
- Able to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, talk and hear and frequently is required to walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 12kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 34kg.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
