One of a network of provincial community health centres, the NorWest Community Health Centres is a community based, non-profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services.
NorWest Community Health Centres is seeking a Program Evaluator to lead the planning, evaluation, and reporting of Safer Supply programs within the organization. This position includes coordinating with third party evaluators, developing data collection tools, and assisting with collection of qualitative and quantitative data. The Evaluator will work with Directors, Managers, and staff to interpret evaluation results, prepare infographics, disseminate information, and prepare reports. Through evaluation, NorWest Community Health Centres aims to improve health system capacity to deliver equity-informed and evidence based services to the community.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Degree in health administration, project management, business administration, a related discipline, or equivalent combination of experience.
- 3-5 years’ demonstrated experience with program evaluation.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with community health organizations and community health promotion.
- Demonstrated values alignment with organizational vision, mission and values.
- Awareness of and sensitivity to health issues particularly within individuals who face barriers to accessing care (under housed, living with mental health challenges or diagnoses, current or past substance use, complex health histories, 2SLGBTQIA+, newcomers, non-insured).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and to effectively collaborate with partnering organizations with excellent, networking, leadership, relationship building, interpersonal and listening skills to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and to facilitate the development of partnerships.
- Demonstrated commitment to the principles of equity, inclusivity, respect and cultural competence is required.
- A current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
