Locum Physician

**Family Physician - Locum Position**

**(28 hours/week, 6 Month Contract)**

The Physician provides primary care functions and participates in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs and services for individuals, families and community

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree from a recognized university
- CCFP certification
- General license to practice from the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons
- Three to five years primary care experience, preferred but new graduates will be considered
- Previous experience in a CHC or working with vulnerable patients
- Previous experience working with Nurse Practitioners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Practice Solutions experience would be an asset.
- Available to work one evening per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
