You are super familiar with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, as well as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. You can keep client deliverables on track, exceeding key milestones and deadlines. You are charismatic and are motivated by seeing the success of your clients. We listen and respectfully challenge ideas for the best results. *What You'll Do* You will be responsible for delivering paid media initiatives for Crisp's clients. You will combine your background and Crisp Media's marketing delivery process to ensure high quality outcomes for our client's evolving needs. While the team manages the day-to-day of the account, the Ads Manager has their finger on the pulse of everything happening in our client's social arena, using great copy to drive engagement and strong click-through to conversion rates. An important collaborator to the team, you’ll own the strategy for community engagement and lead generation. You are also a leader with exceptional communication skills and have the ability to drive projects to completion. *Your Responsibilities*
- Launching, managing and optimizing paid social, search and display campaigns
- Creating and advising on ad copy that performs
- Report and analyze campaigns, providing insights and implementing recommendations
- Serve as the “performance marketing’ lead on key accounts
- Manage paid media campaigns and accounts - including ads & keywords upload, obtaining permissions and configuring GTM tags/triggers as needed
- Collaborating with the team on ad creation, providing suggestions and reviewing for alignment with client goals
- Continuously optimize client ads across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google Ads)
- Support strategy development for client paid media programs, helping to prepare the media plans for new clients
