**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to veterinarians in the care and treatment of animals. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the health and well-being of our patients, as well as assisting in the smooth operation of the veterinary clinic.
**Duties**
- Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures.
- Perform laboratory tests, including blood work and urinalysis.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by veterinarians.
- Monitor animal patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient.
- Provide client education on pet care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including sterilization of instruments and equipment.
- Handle animals safely and compassionately during examinations and treatments.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for animal care and welfare is essential.

Pay: $17.84-$26.30 per hour
