Telesales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Engage in consultative selling and provide information about our products and services
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven telesales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools preferred

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
