**JOB TITLE**:Auto Hauler Recruiter

**FLSA**:Exempt

**REPORTS TO**:Director of Safety

The incumbent will support full-cycle recruitment activities, with a heavy focus on sourcing. **The role will be responsible for screening and identifying qualified CDL Drivers.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:“Essential functions” are primarily job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation made by the employer.
- Maintain recordkeeping and follow up with calls from potential recruiting leads
- Review company benefits and job requirements with potential new hires
- Prepare orientations, schedule onboarding of new hires, coordinating hotel reservations, transportation etc.
- Maintain daily/weekly refresh of job postings and advertisements (Indeed, Craigslist, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule new hires for orientation and gather appropriate information; communicate with all applicable departments
- Ongoing interface with HR and Recruiter groups to accurately identify and respond to existing and upcoming driver staffing needs.
- Professionally represent the company at meetings, gatherings, and conferences

- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships
- Must be a self-starter and have a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Thrives working both independently and collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Utilizes Applicant Tracking software, i.e.Tenstreet
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
- Embraces teamwork and appreciates problem-solving in group environments
- Must have a strong work ethic with the ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively multitask and reprioritize work.
- Attention to detail and accuracy a required.
- Work occasionally requires an elevated level of mental effort, with time constraints, and interruptions when performing essential duties.
- Ability to travel as needed (potential for 50%)
- Bi-lingual preferred

**EXPERIENCE**
- Previous Recruiting experience required - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or sourcing.
- Proven experience successfully using a variety of leading-edge sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, resume databases and search engines to source for and fill positions.
- Ability to foster positive working relationships and collaborate with colleagues, managers, and employees at all levels.
- Customer and solutions focused.
- Experience with handling confidential information

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit/stand for most of his/her job duties. There will be a moderate amount of standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, lifting, and reaching for some of his/her job duties.

Visual requirements include reading off a computer screen as well as printed materials. A high degree of dexterity is required due to frequent use of a telephone console.

Verbal and auditory requirements include the ability to communicate clearly over the telephone and in person.

There is a moderate level of grasping, lifting, pushing and/or pulling of objects of less than 25 lbs.
