**Responsabilités liées au poste**:
- Analyser l’information et produire des rapports qui contribueront à la croissance des affaires et à l’amélioration des résultats nets.
- Préparer les analyses financières et les documents prévisionnels qui serviront à l’élaboration de décisions opérationnelles d’ordre financier.
- Élaborer de nouveaux modes d’établissement de rapports dans le but d’aider la direction à résoudre les problèmes de façon proactive.
- Participer à la préparation du budget et à l’analyse budgétaire.
- Tenir les livres comptables de l’entreprise conformément aux principes comptables.
- Vérifier l’exactitude et l’intégrité des données des systèmes d’information comptable.
- Effectuer des analyses qui procurent une valeur ajoutée à l’entreprise et permettent la prise de décisions stratégiques éclairées.
- Assurer la compilation ou la préparation de rapports, de graphiques et de tableaux de données traitées.
- En collaboration avec d’autres services, procéder à des études financières et statistiques spéciales.
- Recueillir et mettre en corrélation des données de base selon des méthodes financières établies et bien définies.
- Agir à titre de partenaire clé à l’égard du vice-président régional et du directeur de district.
**Expérience et connaissances requises**:
- Répondre aux exigences mínimales relatives à l’ancienneté (un an) et au code de rendement (M+, répond aux attentes et incarne constamment les valeurs)
- Posséder de 1 à 3 années d’expérience en finances ou en comptabilité.
- Détenir un baccalauréat en comptabilité, en finances, en commerce ou en économie.
- Détenir un titre professionnel comptable, de préférence.
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences informatiques et la maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Excel et Access.
- Être bilingue (anglais et français) est considéré comme un atout.
- Connaître le commerce de détail ou l’industrie de consommation, de préférence.
- Être débrouillard, efficace, organisé et en mesure d’effectuer du travail de grande qualité sous pression et de façon opportune.
- Avoir des compétences analytiques reconnues et le souci du détail.
- Démontrer d’excellentes compétences en communication et une aptitude à travailler efficacement avec les personnes à tous les échelons.
- Posséder une éthique de travail rigoureuse et un sens des responsabilités et de la confidentialité.
- Faire preuve d’une attitude et d’une approche souples en matière de solutions d’affaires.
