**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Create and implement age-appropriate learning activities to support developmental milestones for infants and toddlers.
- Provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for children in your care.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Observe and document children's progress, providing regular updates to parents.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and safe, with age-appropriate toys and materials.
- Foster an inclusive environment that meets the individual needs of each child, including those with special education requirements.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, building positive relationships to support children's growth and well-being.

**Skills**
- Strong background in childcare, with experience working directly with infants and toddlers in a classroom or daycare setting.
- Ability to observe and respond to the needs of young children, promoting their emotional and cognitive development.
- Proficient organizational skills to manage daily routines, activities, and materials.
- Familiarity with early childhood education practices, including special education support.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both parents and colleagues effectively.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week
