Rv Grounds Attendant

**Position Summary - **The RV Grounds Attendant is responsible for day-to-day care of the park. The daily duties are to produce manicured, safe, healthy and eye-pleasing environments for guests and team members.
Pay for this position is $19.00 per hour.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and team members
- Coordinate and implement day-to-day duties and needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including daily cleaning of all equipment and facilities used.
- Maintain clean, concise and effective communication with the parks’ front desk agent
- Enforcing park rules and regulations
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine manual labour involved in ground care, maintenance work and construction
- Operate, push, and ride lawn mowers in a safe manner
- Operate grass trimmer in a safe manner
- Operate power tools in a safe manner
- Operator Gator, EZ-Go and Golf Cart in a safe manner
- Maintain clean and safe washrooms for guests
- Maintain clean and safe sites for guests
- Cleaning sites of garbage and left behind items on check out
- Cleaning site before a guest checks in
- Cleaning fire pits when a guest checks out and before a guest checks in
- Vacuuming, Washing Desk and Chairs
- Operate portable radios in a professional and safe manner
- Providing front desk agent of any discrepancies in the sites
- Promote a positive environment with all other FHSR departments.
- Reports equipment problem or failure to Supervisor/Manager Immediately.
- Co-operate and accept other assignments as and when required.
**Minimum Qualifications & Skills**:
- Up-to-date Safe Propane Filling Certificate is an asset but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a ground’s maintenance preferred.
- Superior oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self.
- Accurate and detail oriented
