Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Procurement of steel based on company needs
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous terms
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for inventory control
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues as needed
- Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize procurement processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Buyer of steel
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
- Familiarity with MRP systems and supply chain management principles
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions
- Experience in vendor management and relationship building

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
