TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Préparez les pizzas de style napolitaines à la main en utilisant le four à bois
- Préparer les ingrédients pour les pizzas comme la pâte et les garnitures
- Suivre les recettes, le contrôle des portions et la présentation définies par Bottega Pizzeria
- Gérer les commandes
- Aider à l’inventaire et au contrôle des aliments tout en recevant et en entreposant correctement les aliments livrés
- Nettoyer les zones alimentaires, l’équipement, les ustensiles et respecter les directives de sécurité alimentaire
- Autres tâches connexes

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire en tant que pizzaiolo
- Expérience de la préparation et de la manipulation des aliments
- Capacité de suivre les recettes
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide
- Capacité de coopérer et de travailler en équipe
- Excellentes compétences de communication
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps
**Bottega Pizzeria in Laval is looking for a passionate and talented Pizzaiolo with experience using a wood burning oven and making Neapolitan style pizza to join their team.
The pizzaiolo will share our vision of serving authentic pizzas and provide guests with a memorable dining experience.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare authentic handmade Neapolitan pizza using the wood burning oven
- Prepare ingredients for pizzas such as dough and toppings
- Follow recipes, portion control and presentation as set by Bottega Pizzeria
- Manage incoming orders
- Assist in food inventory and control while properly receiving and storing delivered items
- Clean food areas, equipment, utensils and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

**Qualifications**:
- 1 year experience in a similar position as a Pizzaiolo
- Experience with food preparation and food handling
- Ability to follow recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to co-operate and work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
