Location: Toronto, Canada (hybrid)

As a Financial Analyst, you will assist in achieving the company’s goals by providing financial leadership and cross-functional support. This includes planning and forecasting, variance analysis and commentary, as well as analytical and strategic support for new growth initiatives within our retail operations function.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the analytical thought partner to Finance leadership and other cross functional teams.
- Support all aspects of the performance management process, including weekly and monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning.
- Own financial modeling to help shape final recommendations and decisions for the operations and finance team.
- Partner with finance, accounting, and data science teams to ensure integrity of financial data.
- Track financial results, monitor KPIs and evaluate trends to elevate profitability management.
- Assist in the Strategic Planning process, providing analytical support for longer-term business strategies.

**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree (business, finance or accounting specialization preferred).
- 1-3 years of professional experience with prior experience in the consumer-packaged goods or retail industries considered an asset
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
