**DESCRIPTION**

We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to become an integral part of our team at our **Kitchener **Branch and occupy the position of **VMI Driver.** If you want to work in a dynamic team environment and you excel when being trusted with responsibility then **Westburne** is the place for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process orders from customers to deliver directly to site and replenish their stock bins. Maintaining & organizing the material (including labelling) at the customer site.
- Count inventory at customer site to identify items to be replenished on next shipment using a mobile device.
- Build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries and maintaining vendor managed inventory.
- Select orders for electrical parts and products, check for accuracy and pack for shipment
- Process and prepare paperwork for shipping including bills of lading, shipping invoices and freight costs
- Receive and verify accuracy of incoming shipments; correctly enter incoming inventory into the AS400 computer system
- Process returns following established procedures and re-enter into computerized inventory system
- Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practices
- Pick-up and deliver shipments locally using the branch cargo van

**Qualifications**:

- Full G driver's license and a clean driving record
- You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- 2-3 years experience in the Electrical Distribution
- Electrical distribution industry or warehousing experience preferred
- Computer literacy is an asset
- You have experience using AS400 (an asset)
