**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Operate sealing equipment or use filler to fill holes, dents, and seams.
- File, grind, and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Mask and tape surfaces in preparation for painting.
- Mix, blend, and match paint colors.
- Monitor parts usage and report on any materials issues.
- Assist in ordering replacement equipment, parts and supplies.
- Perform in a team environment with mínimal supervision.
- Performs all duties in accordance with Silent-Aire Limited Partnership safety program standards and Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations, and Code.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**
- Completion of college/vocational or technical training in a related field is an asset.
- Previous experience working with sheet metal is an asset.
- Previous autobody prep experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints is an asset.
- Must be able to carry and move equipment and/or supplies in excess of 25 pounds.
- Must be able to distinguish colours.

**Working Conditions**
- Commercial/Industrial environment.
- Manual dexterity required to use necessary tools.
- Exercise caution, as the environment presents many naturally occurring hazards.
- Always adhere to safety policies (wear protective equipment).
- Long periods of standing.
- Overtime as required.
