Quality Controller

Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control checks on projects to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements
- Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and best practices
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Quality Controller or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
