**Collision Repair Expert is looking for an Auto Body Technician**:

As a Auto Body Technician you will be required to perform skilled tasks in the repair and maintenance of vehicles. He/she restores damaged vehicles to their original structural integrity, function, and appearance.

**A day in the Life of an Auto Body Technician at Collision Repair Experts**:

- Execute all activities you are responsible for on the R/O - Ensure to notify the Production Manager of any additional damage that does not appear on the R/O.
- Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components as per manufacturer’s specifications.
- Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torch and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
- Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure the achievement of quality standards in restoration and repair, in order to reduce and eliminate rework and warranty claims.
- Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation.
- Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques.
- Assist in ordering replacement equipment, parts and supplies.
- Other related tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- High school or college automotive body repair diploma
- Body Technician license
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Body Shop Technician preferred
- Possess a valid drivers' license
