**Job Summary**

The Product Specialist for Automobility Solutions, under the direction of the Sales Manager, will primarily be collaborating with rehab programs in Canada and the United States to provide mobility solutions to clients. This position will build and maintain relationships with a variety of medical and administrative professionals. The Product Specialist for Automobility Solutions must possess a degree in Kinesiology and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

**Job Duties**
- Work with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and other medical professionals, in providing options for stock and custom solutions based on individual client’s needs
- Listen to specific clients’ needs and advise on the best solution
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Promote sales to existing clients, and engage with different groups to promote product awareness
- Develop sales presentations to illustrate the benefits of the use of our products
- Adapt communication style in order to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals including medical professionals
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research
- Relay customer quality improvement suggestions for company products and services
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner
- Take advantage of opportunities to represent the product

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Kinesiology
- Clinical Exercise Physiology Certification (CSEP-CEP) or demonstrated contingency and a willingness to self-study to obtain this certification within 2 years of employment
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to quickly pick up new product and service knowledge, and communicate that knowledge effectively to customers
- Valid Passport
- French would be considered an asset
