**Responsibilities**:
- Clearing sidewalks and parking lots for Commercial and Residential Customers using various snow removal tools and equipment at each and every snow event.
- Perform snow removal with clean passes and provide excellent customer service in order to retain existing customers and promote new business as well as respect the public.
- Site checks are required to ensure the safety of our customers and the public even if it didn't snow.
- Follow and maintain all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the snow event with the office staff and other crew members.
- Keep trucks and equipment in clean and operating order.
- Complete your snow route in a timely manner while being thorough.
- Other duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Physically fit and able to work in all winter weather conditions to meet our customer's demands.
- Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must be able to perform physical work duties for extended periods of time including lifting snow repetitively.
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to arrive on time at site locations for all shifts.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance and snow removal techniques is an asset.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Must have a working cell phone 24/7 with working data.
- Must have a reliable vehicle readily available to commute from home to home at any given hour of the day.
- Must be available 24/7 to meet our customer demands, beginning November - April (including weekends and holidays as necessary).

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
