Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, preparing orders and transfers, and assisting with organization. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

**Duties**:

- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper storage and organization
- Collaborate with manager to manage inbound and outbound shipments
- Participate in regular inventory audits to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inventory management or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
