Currently, we have an opening for a Press Operator on our afternoon shift which starts at 3:00 pm. Our Press Operators set-up and operate Mark Andy 8-10 colour 13" label printing presses.
- **Primary Responsibilities**_:

- Review job orders and set-up press according to specifications and requirements.
- Load dies and cylinders, fill ink pans and pumps, mount roll of material and run test impressions.
- Perform in-process inspection and make adjustments during the print run.
- Monitor web/video camera screen to ensure excellent print quality, job is in-register, colour is consistent and impressions are clean and clear.
- Troubleshoot problems as they occur.
- Collaborate with Press Assistants to provide supplies, perform changeovers and cleaning, as required.
- Ensure quality, health and safety standards are met.
