Immigration Clerk

CanadaPass is a Canadian immigration law consultancy firm based in Thornhill, Ontario. Our team of experienced immigration consultants, lawyers, and clerks is dedicated to offering the highest immigration services to our clients. We assist clients through various programs, including the ones under IMP, LMIA-based work permits, provincial entrepreneur streams, start-up visa programs, family sponsorship, express entry, the Atlantic immigration pilot program, the rural and northern immigration pilot program, as well as study permits.

**Responsibilities**:

- It ensures the accuracy and adjustment of the client's data and the planning and review of all legal documents.
- Complete immigration document preparation without supervision
- Managing a significant volume of immigration cases under tight deadlines
- Organizing files, managing files, and keeping track of deadlines
- Maintaining timely and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders
- Researching and staying current on immigration programs
- I am keeping a positive working connection with all clients and coworkers.

**Job Requirements**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Canadian Immigration Law.
- Speaking Farsi is an asset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business immigration systems.
- Thorough knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, rules, and procedures.
- Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding writing skills.
- Time management, as well as the ability to complete a formidable portfolio.
- Motivated and a team player.
- Detail-oriented.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
