Job description:

- Carry out MACDs on the Telecommunications infrastructure (Telephony, Fax) and implement customer requests.
- Monitor the availability and capacity of Voice services, tracking incidents/problems, resolving them, providing root cause analyses to define corrective measures to be applied, and implementing them in operation mode.
- Interact with suppliers to resolve incident causes and manage activities according to internal service level agreements (SLAs).
- Produce operational reports and improve monitoring and management tools.
- Provide level 3 support on VoIP infrastructure, interfacing with various vendors to resolve complex issues as required.
- Provide on-call operational level support for all aspects of the VoIP infrastructure.
- Work in collaboration with Architect who monitors all projects and provides recommendations.

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree related to industry and/or a minimum of five years' relevant experience
- Good VOIP experience (Cisco Suite: Call Manager, Unity/CUC/UCCX, Expressway, Cube, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Audiocode, SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, QoS etc.)
- Experience in network routing/switching and firewalling is required. In-depth knowledge of IP networks is essential.
- Solid experience of SIP protocol
- Knowledge of collaboration tools (chat, video, fax, peripherals such as headsets, etc.)
- Knowledge of contact centers (Genesys, NTR, etc.)
