Fresh Deliveries is looking to hire highly motivated and friendly delivery drivers to join us in Ottawa on Mondays and Tuesdays. Start between 9am and 11am and finish between 4pm and 6pm using your own vehicle to complete deliveries in the Ottawa and Gatineau areas.

We are specifically seeking drivers who have larger vehicles - SUVs and minivans are great

We deliver boxes of fresh, prepped ingredients directly to our customers’ homes. Starting from our warehouse, you will load orders in your vehicle and follow a pre-planned delivery route. Support is also provided on shift by our dispatch team. We are looking for drivers who can start in June.

This is an Independent Contractor position that requires the use of your own vehicle and own smart phone with a good data plan. Compensation is paid every week through direct deposit. and delivery shifts are typically 4-6 hours in length, with a possibility to extend.

Delivering for Fresh Deliveries is an excellent opportunity to earn $20 - $30/hr.

The more deliveries you take and the more accurate you are on your route, the more you'll make. We encourage individuals with SUVs, minivans, and other large vehicles to apply

Although previous experience is not necessary, we do encourage applicants that have worked with other on-demand delivery companies such as Skipthedishes, Uber Eats, and Amazon to apply.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- A vehicle with valid insurance
- A smart phone with a data plan
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- A positive, friendly attitude

**Knowledge, skills, and abilities**:

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Must be able to work under limited supervision
- Must be able to drive on the road for 4-8 hours
- Ability to work independently

**Job Duties**:

- Organize and load orders in own vehicle
- Deliver orders in a timely fashion
- Return collected returnables and undelivered orders to the warehouse

Nous recherchons plus particulièrement des chauffeurs qui ont de gros véhicules - les VUS et les mini-fourgonnettes sont parfaits

Nous livrons des boîtes d'ingrédients frais et préparés directement au domicile de nos clients. À partir de notre entrepôt, vous chargerez les commandes dans votre véhicule et suivrez un itinéraire de livraison préétabli. Notre équipe de dispatching vous apportera également son soutien pendant le travail. Nous recherchons des chauffeurs qui peuvent commencer en juin.

Il s'agit d'un poste d'entrepreneur indépendant qui nécessite l'utilisation de votre propre véhicule et de votre propre téléphone intelligent avec un bon plan de données. La rémunération est versée chaque semaine par dépôt direct. Les quarts de travail de livraison durent généralement de 4 à 6 heures, avec la possibilité de les prolonger.

Livrer pour Fresh Deliveries est une excellente occasion de gagner entre 20 et 30 dollars par heure.

Exigences
- Permis de conduire valide avec un dossier de conduite vierge
- Un véhicule avec une assurance valide
- Un téléphone intelligent avec un plan de données
- Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 30 livres
- Capacité à passer une vérification des antécédents
- Doit être légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada
- Une attitude positive et amicale

**Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes**:

- Doit être capable de travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Travailler sous pression et dans des délais serrés
- Doit être capable de travailler sous une supervision limitée
- Doit être capable de conduire sur la route pendant 4 à 8 heures.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante

**Tâches du poste**:

- Organiser et charger les commandes dans son propre véhicule
- Livrer les commandes en temps voulu
- Retourner les retournables collectés et les commandes non livrées à l'entrepôt.
