**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, and weeding to ensure optimal growth.
- Utilize irrigation systems effectively to maintain proper moisture levels in gardens and landscapes.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely for various horticultural tasks.
- Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies; implement appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement landscaping projects that meet client specifications.
- Maintain records of plant care activities, including watering schedules, fertilization, and pest control measures.
- Educate clients on proper garden care techniques and plant maintenance.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in irrigating techniques to ensure efficient water usage for plants.
- Experience with power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws for effective landscape maintenance.
- Strong background in landscape maintenance practices including planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-up.
- Knowledge of gardening principles including soil management, plant selection, and pest management strategies.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for planting, pruning, and general garden upkeep.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work in all horticultural tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
