Growing Company looking to hire Foreman and Labourers for 2024 Landscaping season. Start date would be May.

Foreman Position

Responsibility‘s:
Summer: Landscape Foreman
- Complete projects to scope from plans provided
- oversee site operations and ensure timely completion of projects
- Train new employees to our business standards
- Assist in ordering materials for projects
- maintain proper care and maintenance of machines

Winter: Comercial Walkway Foreman

**Duties**:

- On call 24/7 7 days a week ( Nov-April) average hours per 2 weeks (48.5)
- Ensure proper clearing and slating of walkways
- operate machinery

**Salary**: $40,000-$55,000/ Year

10% commission on any project sold by foreman

Labourers

**Responsibilities**:

- operate light machines (power wheel barrow,mini skid, excavator)
- lift 50+ Pounds
- shovel/rake
- manual wheel barrows

Starting at $20-$22hr depending on experience

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Building & Hardscape Construction Occupations: 2 years (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
