WestCorp Solutions is searching for a Contractor Clerk to support our client in Fort McMurray. Previous experience ideally within the Oil and Gas Industry is preferred. This position will be a temporary position for one year.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure FLHA’s/Timesheets, etc. are stocked in South and North Shops.
- Enter delays and send out delay reports.
- Prepare the safety meeting monthly poster and action items poster and post them on the last day of the month.
- Update Binder with Tasks for Daily planner as requested including procedures, checklists, and feedback forms.
- Overtime Callout (AM and PM).
- Scan timesheets to payroll.
- Master Schedule entries in all areas (Trucks/LVF/Electronics)-Vac, MUA, Training, etc.
- Submit payroll issues to appropriate source-Supervisor/ payroll, etc.
- Scan, attach and file documents and forms.
- Support M&R Mining.
- Replenish coffee stock in the lunchroom.
- Oversee and provide office supplies as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality is always adhered to.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- A minimum combination of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Must be highly motivated with good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong administrative skills are crucial for success.
- A self-starter who can work well independently or within a team environment.
- Must have great attention to detail and the willingness to learn.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Must own a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, and accounting.
- Should have touch typing and minute-taking skills.
