**Job Title**

Program Manager, Fee Based and Managed Solutions Group

**What is the Opportunity?**

The Program Manager fills a critical role by assisting the Heads of the Fee Based and Managed Solutions Group in the implementation of strategic initiatives and support. You will assist to help drive growth in fee-based strategies, service the Advisors, Associates and Branches with any inquiries, support and administer all fee based programs and be a point of escalation for the Managed Solutions Consultants. You will also collaborate with various organizational groups internally and externally to ensure relationships are established and maintained to protect and grow the fee based programs.

**What will you do?**

**Program Management (30%)**
- Manage and execute program changes and enhancements for the PC USA Program
- Provide support and be the final point of escalation and decision maker for Advisor requests on the program
- Conduct and coordinate, when necessary, quantitative analysis of product (e.g., profitability, asset growth, revenue, expense, market share and segmentation, program features, etc.)
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met including audit requirements
- Manage and support the DWealth Program and all inquiries

**Product Management Support (50%)**
- Manage and work with team members on the Quarterly Discretionary Licensing Application process, including RHIME
- Work with team members to execute plans for program changes and enhancements
- Provide analyst support, data mining and reporting support for each product
- Provide servicing support and act as escalation resource for servicing requests
- Assist team members in developing roadmaps for project execution and ongoing monitoring project roadmaps

**General Team Support (20%)**
- Communicate regularly with management regarding the status of current project initiatives; obtain guidance and approval as required to advance initiatives
- Responsible for Team Reporting: PIM Pulse/MSG Pulse
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Job Specifications**

**Educational Requirements**:

- University degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC)

**Individual Requirements**:

- 5 - 7 years securities and financial markets experience
- Strong self-directed team player with a bias for action and ability to have strategic influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills
- Ability to assertively express ideas, needs and requests and build group consensus, i.e. “sells” ideas to those outside of direct reporting relationship
- Excellent experience in project management and ability to deal with multiple competing priorities
- Bias for action, execution and results
- Organizational awareness
- Group facilitation, mediation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing professional environment

Willingness to aggressively learn new skills/products in a short timeframe
