**Hot Tub and Pool Service Technician Job Description**

We are looking to hire a trustworthy and reliable hot tub and pool service technician to service and maintain our customers' spas and pools. As a service technician, your duties will include driving to the customers' location, delivering hot tubs, testing the pH of the swimming pool water, adding chlorine, and other minerals/chemicals to correct the pH as well as performing spa &pool repairs, maintenance, and accessory installations as scheduled on time and under policy and procedure. (Product-specific training will be provided).

To ensure success as a spa service technician, you should have excellent knowledge of spa and swimming pool equipment and maintenance, be able to work with hazardous chemicals, and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.

**Hot tub and Swimming Pool Service Technician Responsibilities**:

- Driving the company vehicle to the customer’s location.
- Maintaining equipment and chemical stock levels at the store and in the vehicle.
- Testing spa &pool water pH, and sanitizer levels.
- Cleaning spa and pool using authorized equipment.
- Repairing and servicing spa packs, panels, lights, leaks, plumbing issues, and equipment.
- Completing paperwork and reporting service requirements to management.
- Work with the Service Lead and Store Manager to source and replace required parts and equipment.

**Hot Tub and Pool Service Technician Requirements**:

- High school diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a hot tub and pool technician.
- Delivering, starting up, and servicing hot tubs
- Knowledge of proper spa and pool cleaning and maintenance methods.
- Extensive knowledge of spa and pool chemicals and their properties.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions.
- Professional appearance.

Expectations:

- Show up on time Monday to Friday prepared to work with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Holding a G license with a clean driving abstract.
- No Criminal Charges past or present
- Legally allowed to work in Canada.
- Maintain a clean organized work vehicle (Provided)
- Must Provide own tools and steel toe boots.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
