Rigger

**RIGGER**

**We are currently looking for a Rigger to join our high-rise division in**

**White Rock, B.C.**

The **Solterra Construction Corp.** specializes in developing and building top-quality highrise residences and townhomes. Over the past 18 years, the team at Solterra has been involved in developing many award-winning multi-residential communities throughout the Lower Mainland. We understand the importance of a home and pride ourselves on creating residences that feature exceptional design, solid construction, and quality finishes.

This is a Rigging position
- with the opportunity for career advancement through our Professional Development Program for the crane-operator position.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct inspection and record an activity log - daily
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure all loads are secure/adhere to the load chart
- Experience in High-rises/Towers
- Give directions to Crane Operators
- Engage in hoisting and moving loads to ensure safety of workers’ material.

**Requirements**:

- Valid certification - Level 2 Advance Preferred
- Knowledge & experience with high-rise/towers
- Knowledge & experience of fly tables
- Must be reliable, punctual & Fit for duty
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable Transportation (Site location - White Rock B.C.)
