Wellness Consultant

**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
We are looking for a **Wellness** **Consultant** who has a passion for health and wellness, and who will be focused on the company’s goal of becoming one of the leading programs for metabolic health in Canada.
Our **Wellness** **Consultant** will be responsible for educating, enrolling, and selling leads the services offered within our newest division, Metabolic Reset. By providing leads with effective education and super-star customer service, the Wellness Consultant will follow up on all leads, create and maintain a steady flow of sales for the program, and meet the company’s targets and performance expectations.

**FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales**:
- Acts as the first point of contact for all new leads; provides ongoing support for current clients until they start the program
- Provides leads with well-thought-out presentations; adjusts sales approach based on individual needs
- Focuses sales pitch on the benefits of the program, personalizes scripts for each lead
- Knowledgeable on all aspects of the program; delivers information and answers lead questions in a clear and concise manner
- Follows scripts to overcome objections, if and when needed
- Utilizes training and skillset to achieve sales targets; maintains a successful closing rate
- Contacts all new leads within 48 hours
- Builds and maintains relationships with referring physicians
- Work with the marketing team to ensure optimization of sales funnel at every step
**Customer Service**:
- Builds a rapport with leads while keeping in mind their individual health goals
- Empathizes with the lead’s personal experience
- Guides leads through the process - with an emphasis on the features of the program
- Utilizes strong communication skills; actively listens, and speaks with leads in a positive and upbeat manner
- Comfortable engaging and interacting with leads in person, through virtual appointments, or over the phone
- Utilizes extensive problem-solving skills to identify obstacles and provide creative solutions
**Administration**:
- Takes notes during every lead interaction and records information in the appropriate database
- Completes all data entry in a timely manner
- Follows leads through every step of the sales funnel; identifies barriers in the sales funnel and makes recommendations for improvement
- Participates in all ongoing training to enhance their skill set and customer service
- Prioritizes tasks, balances needs of multiple leads, manages time accordingly
- Keeps accurate records of all sales activities, including meetings with physicians
- Delivers daily sales updates to the Head of Metabolic Programming

Has excellent listening skills, communicates well both verbally and in writing, and is sensitive to the lead’s experience. Delivers effective and persuasive presentations, negotiates well, uses closing skills effectively, and develops sales skills continuously.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
Knows and explains product features/benefits, understands/sells the full program, understands the lead’s needs, applies market knowledge. Follows scripts when conducting sales presentations. Eager to continuously learn and enhance skills and knowledge.
RESULTS FOCUSED
Takes pride in hitting sales targets and achieving results, sets challenging goals, prioritizes tasks, overcomes obstacles, and accepts accountability.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Previous sales experience in personal care or health services
2. Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings
3. University degree preferred
4. Proven track record of meeting and achieving KPI’s, quotas, and targets
5. Skilled at building relationships with leads, and closing sales
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENT**:
**Effective November 15, 2021, all Jack Nathan Function Health employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Full vaccination occurs 14 days following the second dose of a Health Canada-approved vaccine.**
