Salesperson/junior Salesperson

We are looking for an experienced and determined Sales Representative to build up an ever-growing portfolio of accounts and maintain our business; Someone who has experience in outside Sales, Business Development, and Commission Based Sales. This position requires a sales-driven personality with exceptional organization and time management skills. We reward success

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Build your own sales territory
- Acquire new clients and expand our customer base
- Build new and maintain existing relationships with contractors and developers

**Outside Sales Representative Job Qualifications**:

- Proficient listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e. “people person)
- Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of customers
- Ability to meet and exceed sales plans
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines
- Demonstrates the art of influencing, selling, and relationship building
- Maintaining proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software
- **Exceptional work-ethic. **Needs to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.
- Ability to handle a high level of responsibility and commitment.
- Capability of defining their own role, taking on responsibilities, and managing priorities with mínimal guidance.

- Own means of transport
- Background in windows/doors or carpentry is a definite asset.
- Ability to adhere to scheduling and attendance requirements.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
