**The Opportunity**:
We have two openings for an **Appointment Coordinator, **one at **Lounsbury Chevrolet **in** Moncton **and another at **Seaside Chevrolet **in **Shediac.**

The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for all incoming calls to the Service Departments and scheduling appointments for customers.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, dependable, enjoys speaking on the phone, and working as part of a team. Someone who strives to provide the best customer service experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer all inbound calls to the Service Department and schedule service appointments for the customer.
- Do outbound calls to existing service customers - MVI, tire storage, run recall reports, and contact customers for repairs, and promotions.
- Follow-up with customers who are a no-show for an appointment.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED.
- Fluently bilingual in English and French is required for the position at Seaside.
- Knowledgeable of the operations of a vehicle.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to respond to questions and concerns, and to overcome objections.
- Cheerful disposition.
