**Responsibilities**
- Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Designs, builds, and maintains the Agency’s social media presence.
- Coordinates with Marketing, Brand and Public Relations leads to support the creation and plan content for both client and Agency digital engagement.
- Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Optimizes budget allocation and digital spend for clients to maximize campaign results.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Supports the PR team by optimizing all content through SEO.
- Supports brand awareness generation for all clients and the Agency.
- Acts as a key contributor to all project management activities, establishing task timelines, milestones, and workback plans, and tracking effectively in project management tools.

**Qualifications and Skillset**:

- Demonstrated competency and experience with social media marketing; certification with Facebook Blueprint or Google Career Certificate an asset.
- Demonstrated competency and experience with social ad development and management; Google Grant acquisition and Google ad management required.
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing tools such as HotJar, SEMrush, Ahrefs; and a familiarity with new and emerging tools.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or other website development platforms and tools.

**Required Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of work experience in digital marketing (non-profit experience is an asset)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
