Associate Dentist

**Position**: Full-Time Associate Dentist
**Location**: Maxwell Dental, Airdrie, AB
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday (excluding Thursdays, as the clinic is closed), with the option to work 1-2 Saturdays per month. Scheduling is flexible to accommodate your preferences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform dental examinations, diagnose conditions, and create personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality dental care, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventative treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction through effective communication and empathy.

**Qualifications**:

- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
