We are seeking experienced Cold Call Sales Representative to work as part of our team.

We are a janitorial company offering commercial cleaning services to KW, Guelph and surrounding areas.
We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone to promote our services.

**Duties**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce company services to potential clients
- Communicate services and benefits effectively
- Gather customer information and update the database with call outcomes
- Schedule appointments for interested customers
- Meet call quotas and sales targets
- Research new leads

**Experience**:

- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, and Software programs

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
