Parts Technician

We are currently looking to fill the position of Parts Technician at our new location in Steinbach. As parts technician you will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting directly with customers. Your success in this position will be defined by your focus on customer satisfaction & attention to detail.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Assist customers by identifying the products needed for their repairs/service
- Pricing items and issuing invoices
- Provide quotes to customers in a timely fashion
- Receiving parts phone calls
- Maintain the warehouse facility in a safe and clean manner
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Working on a rotation of Saturdays & evenings in peak season

**Job Requirements and Qualifications Include**:

- Highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a parts department or in the agriculture industry are an asset
- Valid drivers license
- Physical lifting is required
- Ability to use a computerized inventory and ordering system

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
