**YOUR ROLE**

> Be the business lead within the collaborative development & delivery of new digital features; propose new modules pages, A/B tests and customer journey adjustments based on business learnings
- Work with the CRM team to develop and recommend customer journeys for the different lifecycle stages (i.e. new, churn, inactive, win-back)
> Support in compilation of detailed project post-mortems, reviewing key learning and process gaps including competitive benchmarking

**DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer lifecycle management, retention, customer segmentation, and loyalty marketing
- A results and data-driven mindset with a strong analytical capability and solid experience leveraging customer data to drive conversion are an asset
- Extremely organized and process oriented. Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task with excellent attention to detail

Job Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience
