Landscape Maintenance Technician
As our new landscape maintenance technician, you will work to maintain the landscapes
of our residential and commercial clients. You’re someone who never rushes through a
job, and always seeks to go above and beyond to make our clients happy. Many of them
have been with us for a long time because they love our high-quality work, and we want
you to help us maintain that reputation. You’ll work with typical landscape tools.

We want someone who is energetic, and customer focused.

You should be flexible and adaptable on the job site, and always find ways to overcome
problems and finish the project with the highest level of quality. You actively communicate

great relationships with your team.

Working at Partridge Landscaping
This is a full-time position, working 5 to 6 days/week, April to October. While our primary
business shuts down the winter, we do offer snow removal services, so there will be

We offer an attractive starting salary of $18-$23/hour commensurate with experience,
and we always take care of our people. We provide safety equipment for all our
employees, offer reimbursement for safety shoes, and cover all training and
apprenticeships offered through Landscape Ontario.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a maintenance crew lead
- Experience using basic hand and power tools (shovels, chainsaws, jackhammers
etc, mowers, trimmers hedge trimmer)
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Verbal communication skills, and experience working in a team
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50lbs+
- Valid G driver’s license and regular access to reliable transportation

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mount Brydges, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
