Night Auditor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team at the George Dawson Inn. The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight shift.

**Duties**:

- Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Verify and balance daily financial transactions, including room charges, cash payments, and credit card transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, including occupancy reports, revenue reports, and guest account statements
- Conduct audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with night-time security procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year experience in a guest services roler required, bonus if you have night audit experience specifically
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
