AULT a company of Alta Equipment Group, is seeking a full-time Parts CSR for our Waterloo, QC branch. The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contact and respond to customers in Quebec
- Make quotations for customers
- Confirm prices, availability and lead times with suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders in our Business Central system
- Ensure warehouse inventory is up to date
- Perform parts transfers with our Ontario plant.
- Generate operational reports (Update SKUs, turnover rates, etc.)
- Coordinate parts with service and warehouse teams
- Other tasks deemed necessary by manager

**Skills required**:

- Bilingual French & English, written and spoken (mandatory)
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
- Experience in the construction industry (an asset)
- Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Office suite
- Proactive and autonomous
