Ce que vous ferez...

1. Effectuer le zonage du rayon.
2. Faire la rotation des stocks et vérifier que les produits ne sont pas périmés.
3. Veiller à ce que le prix des marchandises soit correctement indiqué.
4. Respecter les normes et les directives en matière de conformité de la chaîne frigorifique, de calibrage des thermomètres, de consignation des températures, de manutention des aliments, de rotation des produits, de dates limites de vente et de dates de péremption.
5. Respecter les procédures d’hygiène et de salubrité alimentaire, et suivre les procédures de nettoyage.
6. Suivre les procédures appropriées en matière de commande, de liquidation, de majoration et de démarque, d’affichage, de marquage, de prix et d’étiquetage.
7. Maintenir les articles-vedettes.
8. Garder le secteur propre et rangé, sans débris ou présentoirs superflus, ni corps étrangers ou liquides.
