**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct technical training.
- Provide technical product support.
- Conduct warranty inspections.
- Conduct field product investigations/reporting.
- Liaise with customer field staff.
- Support customer trade shows.
- Support Curriculum development as required.
- Support in translation activities as required.
- Any other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of automotive industry experience.
- Journeyman Automotive Technician with a Valid Class ‘A’ Automotive Technician License (or Provincial Equivalent) with automotive aftermarket parts experience preferred.
- Extensive working knowledge of automotive systems.
- In-depth knowledge of repair procedures and day-to-day workings of an independent service repair center.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work related experience.
- Valid ODP Certification license, instructor status is an asset.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independent of daily supervision.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Working knowledge of various automotive diagnostic tools
- Pico Scope, Scan Tools, etc.
- Valid driver’s license as driving a vehicle on a daily basis is an essential function of this position.
- Ability to obtain a valid passport and be able to travel to U.S.
- Proficient in French Canadian.
- Some overnight travel required.
