**Responsibilities**:

- Implementing methods based on EP (European Pharmacopoeia) and DAB (Deutsches Arzneibuch) monographs
- Conduct method validation studies in accordance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects (e.g. PFAS) and meet client/regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about advances in technology and regulatory requirements in the cannabis and environmental testing industries.

Qualifications:

- Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in method development, preferably in a commercial testing laboratory setting.
- Experience developing methods for the analysis of cannabis products.
- Familiarity with PFAS analysis techniques and environmental regulations related to PFAS contamination.
- Proficiency in method validation protocols and analytical quality control procedures.
- Experience with triple quadrupole and high-resolution mass spectrometers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
