This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in cold weather conditions. *Duties* - Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using shovels and snow blowers. - Operate power tools and hand tools effectively to remove snow and ice. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment by ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. - Assist in landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including digging and building snow barriers. - Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure mechanical reliability. - Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete snow removal tasks in a timely manner. *Skills* - Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for snow removal and maintenance tasks. - Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including irrigation techniques. - Mechanical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment as necessary. - Ability to dig, build, and perform various physical tasks related to snow removal. - Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and efficiency in all operations.
