Repair Planner

**Fix Auto** is looking for a **Repair Planner**
As our next **Repair Planner,** you will be responsible for maintaining a proper balance between the profitability of the company, supporting the collision and restorative repair shop and the achievement of total customer satisfaction.
A day in the Life of a **Repair Planner** at **Fix Auto**
- Handle all appraisals, work authorizations, repair orders, supplements and warranties when dealing with the customer, striving to maintain and improve closing ratio for the company.
- Ensure ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff and customers regarding repair status.
- Inspect repairs and meet with customers when picking up the vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work to resolve any customer concerns or dissatisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
- Communicate and document repair status to customers and insurance companies.
- High school or college automotive body repair diploma
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with insurance repair procedures and guidelines
- Strongly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Computer Skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
