The location in Mississauga Ontario, is seeking talent to fill the position of **System Administrator.** This job is full-time permanent. You must live in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)

**Your Challenges**

In charge of the resolution of any intervention assigned to them resulting from an incident, a request or a scheduled change
- Participate for the implementation of technical projects
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure cloud security
- Provide timely response to users issues and escalation and level 3 support
- Resolving incidents impacting Microsoft Infrastructure and M365 environment
- Resolving incidents impacting Google Workspace
- Resolving incidents impacting Apple MDM
- Mosyle, Apple Business Manager
- RMM, PSA
- Investigating & troubleshooting root causes via problem management
- Create scripts as required
- Setup and Deploy Intune CAP, AzureAD, Google Workspace, MDM
- Manage enterprise directory services and supporting Microsoft infrastructure
- Define and implement strategies for integrating disparate operating environments
- Recommend and execute modifications to Cloud environment in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation

**Your Qualifications**
- Proficiency in different Cloud environments (Azure)
- A minimum of two years of related experience managing users in Microsoft 365, Exchange and SharePoint (online & on-premises) and Active Directory
- A minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting and configuring M365 solutions
- A minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting and configuring Apple
- A minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting and configuring Google Workspace
- 5+ years of technical experience with Server infrastructure
- Minimum College Degree (Bachelor’s degree and asset)
- Knowledge of scripting code using PowerShell and common scripting tools

**Your Assets**
- Good Knowledge of Windows server Infrastructure
- Good Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of ITIL, HaloPSA, RMM
- Good Knowledge of M365 - Azure - Google Workspace
- Good Knowledge of MDM, Mosyle
- Apple Business Manager

- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attention to detail
- Proven analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Able to prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to conduct research into server issues and products as required
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
