**WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE-SHIPPING/RECEIVING**

Responsible for inventory, shipping and receiving inspections and functions. Retrieval and verification and certification of stock for customer orders. Package/Protect items for transport to customer. Ensure export compliance for international shipments. Arrange for transport with freight carriers for domestic and international shipments on and as needed basis.

**Major responsibilities**:

- Process orders for our global customer base in accordance with our procedures which includes trace documentation verification and product inspection for compliance and final certification of outbound product.
- Prepare all shipping documentation including commercial invoices and export declarations where applicable.
- Package shipments in accordance with best commercial practices to ensure that orders arrive in free from damage of any kind at customers facility
- Receive orders from our global supply chain. Verify incoming product and certification against our purchase order requirements. Record acceptance within our operating system including scans of associated quality records detailed photos of the received product.
- Communicate any and all product or documentation non conformities to the appropriate staff for resolution with supplier or customer as applicable.
- Loading and unloading of in and outbound trucks on an as required basis.
- Responsible for routing outbound freight to assure delivery as required; monitors carriers performance and tariff charges and determines best carriers for the most cost-effective service.

Reports directly to the Warehouse manager. Co-ordinates inventory manager

**Prerequisites**:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, word, outlook
- Fluency in English, Bilingual (French and English) preferred.
- Fork lift certification an asset.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

**ASSOCIÉ D'ENTREPÔT - EXPÉDITION/RÉCEPTION**

Responsable des inspections et des fonctions d'expédition et de réception. Récupération, vérification et certification du stock pour les commandes des clients. Emballer/protéger les articles pour le transport vers le client. Assurer la conformité des exportations pour les expéditions internationales. Organiser le transport avec les transporteurs de fret pour les expéditions nationales et internationales, selon les besoins.
**Principales responsabilités**:

- Traiter les commandes pour notre clientèle mondiale conformément à nos procédures, ce qui inclut la vérification de la documentation de traçage et l'inspection des produits pour la conformité et la certification finale des produits sortants.
- Préparer tous les documents d'expédition, y compris les factures commerciales et les déclarations d'exportation, le cas échéant.
- Emballer les expéditions conformément aux meilleures pratiques commerciales afin de s'assurer que les commandes arrivent sans dommage d'aucune sorte chez les clients.
- Recevoir les commandes de notre chaîne d'approvisionnement mondiale. Vérifier les produits entrants et la certification par rapport aux exigences de nos bons de commande. Enregistrer l'acceptation dans notre système d'exploitation, y compris les scans des dossiers de qualité associés et les photos détaillées du produit reçu.
- Communiquer toute non-conformité du produit ou de la documentation au personnel approprié pour une résolution avec le fournisseur ou le client, selon le cas.
- Chargement et déchargement des camions entrants et sortants selon les besoins.
