**About the Opportunity**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Leading the Tranquility iCBT team of coaches and therapists, constantly striving to ensure best practice standards in the field of iCBT.
- Providing training to our network of iCBT coaches and therapists to ensure their comfort with the iCBT platform and program content.
- Supporting the delivery of both clinical and administrative program expectations.
- Clinical supervision of iCBT coaches and therapists. This will include completing quality assurance reviews of iCBT sessions, and asynchronous messaging and providing feedback and training as needed.
- Monitoring clinical initiatives to ensure that strategic goals are met.
- Providing assistance and support where required for clients deemed high risk.
- Working with the Product Development team on clinical improvements recommended on the iCBT platform.
- Developing new iCBT program content as needed.
- Leading clinical case consultations.

**Role Requirements**:

- Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology and be a Registered Psychologist in good standing with their governing body.
- Registered or eligible to be registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
- Have a minimum professional liability insurance coverage of $2 million
- Extensive clinical experience with CBT treatment protocols. Experience must include treating individuals with all levels of complexity. Experience in working with individuals with mood and anxiety disorders is essential. Experience in working with OCD, Stress and Trauma Related Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, is strongly preferred.
- Experience in training and supervising mental health care providers.
- CACBT certification (acquired, in progress, or eligible for certification)
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
- Be comfortable with technology as well as using a digital platform to provide CBT or be willing to learn.
