Join our team

The position will report to the A4 Supply Chain Leader, in support of the A4 Production program based in Mesa, AZ. The role is to coordinate and be the primary point of contact (POC) for all parts procurement activity to support the A4 Production program. The role shall not require supervision of staff, though will require the coordination and collaboration with other supply chain team members to meet program requirements, as detailed in the responsibilities below.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Detailed tracking or all parts requests, new part creation needs, and budgets associated.
- Coordinate parts requirement management and technical alignment within the IPDT.
- Manage part kits in accordance with production needs.
- Responsible for all daily/weekly governance and reporting including KPI issuance.
- Key supplier program management and performance.
- Responsible for ensuring the full Purchase-to-Pay cycle is completed.
- Monitor estimated delivery dates, aid in expediting delivery where required.
- Monitor and collaborate with Material Coordinators (BMC) as required.
- Identify risks with team, manage emerging quality issues with program as required.
- Establish plan for obsolescence issues to meet program needs.
- Coordinate transportation of parts as required.
- Support TA safety programs and Quality Management System;

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- 2-5 year previous experience in a production or MRO facility in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Program Management
- Previous military or commercial aviation logistics experience is an asset;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
- Detail oriented and strong data analytics and MS Excel skills are required.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving skills and solution oriented;
- Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values
- Ability to obtain a valid Passport

**Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR**:
Position requires Level 2 Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
